Station Software was originally approached by Cello Electronics in 2012 to create a Stock Management system for their TV manufacturing business. This links the component factory in China, The Factory in County Durham. Distribution warehouse, Stockists, and Sales People who are located all over the country.
After the success of the Stock Management System, we were asked to replace their Customer Service Software to handle all aspects of that side of the business, from the initial phone call from a customer, integrating with the Courier website, adding facilities to track incoming and outgoing TVs and Computers through the repair process and recording of documentation and selling of spare parts.
